Ambers Elite Cleaning LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides TripNest, an offline travel packing and trip organizer.
This Privacy Policy explains how TripNest accesses, uses, stores, and handles information.
TripNest works without account registration or an internet connection. Your travel information is stored locally on your device.
2. Information You Provide
TripNest allows users to enter and manage:
- Trip names, destinations, and travel dates
- Packing lists and document checklists
- Budgets and travel expenses
- Daily itineraries and activities
- Manually entered reservation information
- Emergency contacts and personal notes
- Travel journal entries
- Selected travel photographs
- Locally exported trip summaries and backup files
This information is used to provide the application's travel planning and organization features.
3. Local Data Storage
TripNest stores trip records in private application storage on your Android device.
We do not operate a server that receives your trip information.
The application does not require an account, automatically synchronize your data to the cloud, or transmit your travel records to us.
4. Photos and Device Access
Users may select photographs through the Android system document picker.
Compatible selected photos can be copied into the application's private storage for offline access.
TripNest does not request general camera, location, or photo-library access permissions.
Deleting an attached photo from TripNest does not delete the original image stored elsewhere on your device.
5. Internet, Advertising, and Analytics
TripNest is designed to operate offline.
The current application:
- Does not request the Android INTERNET permission
- Does not contain advertisements
- Does not use analytics or advertising trackers
- Does not provide online maps or booking services
- Does not automatically upload personal travel information
We do not sell personal information through the application.
6. Exporting and Sharing Information
Users can manually generate PDF trip summaries and ZIP backup files.
These exports may contain trip records, personal notes, emergency information, reservation references, and attached photographs.
When you save or share an exported file using another application or storage provider, that provider may handle the file according to its own privacy practices.
TripNest does not control information after you voluntarily export or share it.
7. Data Security
TripNest relies on Android's private application storage protections.
However, the local database, PDF exports, and ZIP backup files are not encrypted by TripNest.
We recommend keeping your device and exported files secure and avoiding storage of highly sensitive credentials such as passwords or complete payment-card information.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
TripNest retains locally stored information until you delete it, clear the application's storage, or uninstall the application.
Users can delete trips and related records within TripNest.
Uninstalling the application normally removes its private local information.
Previously exported PDF files, backup ZIP files, shared documents, and original photographs are not automatically deleted. Users must remove those files from their respective storage locations.
Restoring a backup replaces existing local trip information after user confirmation.
9. Children's Privacy
TripNest is a general travel organization utility and is not specifically designed for children under 13.
The application does not contain advertising directed toward children.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when application features or data-handling practices change.
Updated information will be made available through the application's Privacy Policy page and its publicly hosted policy.
